Constructors Standings - Pre Monza

So who needs to do what in the constructors championship.  Well providing Mercades keep going and finish 1-2 for another race a constructors championship will be on and the sooner that happens we can see it go down to the wire and let the Drivers battle it out.

Williams and McLaren looking being the next best teams this weekend can make some inroads and stop Red Bull getting as many points but between 5th and 10th between Red Bull, Ferrari and McLaren its all to play for.

If in true form Force India have a stronger race than Qualifying and let tyre management be the order of the day then they could also be in the mix never rule out Perez and the Hulkenberg pinch a few point with a canny unorthodox race strategy.  Also keep in mind this happened last year and things changed and McLaren have reigned the lead in between these 2 and with the so called McLaren upgrades coming soon in Singapore as well, I see Force India being stuck in 6th again.

Lotus, every time I see goes straight on with braking issues and all credit to the drivers as they are braver than me, last year were looking best of the rest now the also ran's and not a point scored since Monaco.

Sauber, talk of Peter Sauber and co selling up, having probably one of the best facilities in F1 we need teams like these to stay been there since 1993 and a nice team as well.  Won a race as BMW, but when they just packed up and said goodbye Peter Sauber took the team back from the ashes and now pointless, which has never happened before, it must be worth thinking do I sell to a consotium or have another year and see, by that point though it might be to late.  Lets not forget this is the team that has seen Raikkonen, Perez and many others get their big break.

Maurusia still 2 points on board above Sauber and Caterham (I'll save best till last), great job and looks like might have secured the funding they need and hopefully the takeover talks which are going on will allow us to see, its future secured.

Caterham, what are they doing changing drivers in one car like a revolving door.  Staff suing the team, if they survive the end of the year , or the winter unfortunately I'll be surprised.  They had the best people, funding budget and set up of all the new teams but like all business men Tony Fernandes had to fund his football club QPR so it's sod Leafield nothing I can do and no more management changes will help so sold.

Oh well we will see tomorrow what will go off will the 2 Mercades touch tune in after the race and we will find out.
